Right to access

You may request a free copy of the personal data CARVAL processes about you. If you require additional copies or wish to view them repeatedly, CARVAL may charge a fee for this in connection with its administrative costs.

You have the right to have your personal data amended free of charge if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to withdraw your consent
If the processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.

Right to data erasure
In the following cases, you may request the erasure of your personal data free of charge:
